Terms and conditions.

Please, before hiring me, read and accept the following:

- I will start work after payment (full)- The prices shown below are USD (US dollar)- Payment will be made through Paypal.- I will start by sending you a digital sketch, where you can modify and make changes, I will not make changes if the drawing is already finished, unless it is something very simple.- You are paying for a digital only illustration. The service does not include any printing or physical product of the drawing.- The drawings will be in my style (as they appear in the examples) DO NOT ask me to imitate another artist.- I reserve the right to upload the drawing to my networks, to use it as a sample of my work. I will never use the drawing for any commercial purpose.- I have the right to decline your commission if I know I can't do a good job with the character.The drawing is yours and you can do whatever you want as long as you respect the following:- Do not modify or change the drawing without my permission.
- Do not say that the drawing was done by you.
- Do not use for commercial use.
Give me credits when uploading it to a social network (this is not mandatory)If you want to charge a commission for commercial use, the price will double or more depending on the work to be done.The following is considered commercial use:- Reproduce the drawing and sell it later.
- Use the drawing to advertise (on banners, website, etc.)

What references do I have to send for the drawing?

Images of the character you want me to draw for you. Also images if you want me to wear a specific hairstyle or clothes, otherwise send me very detailed descriptions. If your character has a lot of details, like elaborate clothes, a lot of earrings, piercings, tattoos, etc., I can increase the price.You can also describe to me the pose you want me to be in, but if you can send me a reference this would help make it look more like what you have in mind. You can also send me color palettes, in case you want specific colors.

Things I do:
- Fanarts.
- Chibis.
- OCs.
- Yuri soft.
- Yaoi soft.

Things I DON'T do:
- Make more than 2 characters per drawing.
- Draw hate art.
- I don't draw complicated backgrounds.
- I do not draw sexual content with questionable consent.
- I do not draw highlights, furries, bara, guro or rapes.

Extra costs:Extra character: + 50% in relation to the first character.
Simple background: flat color, gradient or transparent background. It's free
Simple background: + 10% in relation to the cost of the illustration.

How long do I have to wait to have my complete drawing?

It all depends on how detailed the illustration you want is. Once you provide me with all the details about what you want for your commission, I can give you a specific time.Once you make the payment, rest assured that I will ONLY be working on your order, and you can request advances as many times as you want.You will be listed on a list of a maximum of 4 people.The order of the orders will be according to how the orders arrive, while you are on the waiting list, you are not obliged to make the payment until your turn arrives. While you are on the waiting list, you can cancel your order if you wish.

Changes in the drawing.

During the process I will send you the sketches. Please reply to the messages as soon as possible, so I will resume work on your illustration as quickly as you reply. If a week has passed without you responding to the sketch messages, I will proceed to take the next order and I will not be able to resume your illustration until I finished the other one.You have the right to 3 simple sketches and 2 more detailed ones, so be as clear and specific as you can with the descriptions and references, if you want more sketches an extra amount will be charged and more work days will be added.Once the drawing is finished, I can only make very simple changes such as changing the color or small details. More elaborate things that require drawing more elements or redrawing will have an additional cost.

Refunds.

If at the sketching stage, you are not satisfied with the work, I will refund 90% of the cost of the illustration. (or 100% if only the 3 simple sketches were consumed).There are no refunds beyond the sketch stage.

How to commission?

You must send an email to [email protected], messages on my other social networks regarding commissions will not be queued. The form is mandatory, this helps me a lot to keep things organized and not make mistakes.Please complete this form in your email:
